Family-Friendly Stays: Ensuring a Safe and Enjoyable Experience for All. We are delighted to welcome families to our farm resort! We strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests, including our youngest explorers. To maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask that all

families adhere to the following guidelines:

 

Child Supervision

  • Constant Supervision: Children of all ages must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on resort property. This is especially important in areas such as the farm, pool, and other public spaces.

  • Active Supervision: Supervision means more than just being present. Adults should actively engage with and monitor their children, ensuring they are behaving appropriately and not posing a risk to themselves or others.

  • Leaving children unattended in any area of the resort, including guest rooms, is strictly prohibited.

Pool Safety

  • Adult Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.

  • No Lifeguard on Duty: Please note that we do not have a lifeguard on duty. Adults are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children in the pool area.

  • Pool Rules: All guests are expected to follow posted pool rules and guidelines.

 

Photo Identification

A valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's license or passport) is required for all guests upon check-in. This is necessary to verify your identity and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

 

Data Privacy

We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected from your identification will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. This information will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is protected and will dispose of it securely at the end of its usefulness.

 

Mini Pool Rules

Access:

  • Registered Guests Only: The in-room mini pool is exclusively for the use of registered guests staying in the glamping suites. Visitors are not allowed.

  • Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 5 and pregnant women are not permitted in the mini pool.

  • Supervision: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

 

Prohibited:

  • Food & Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in or around the mini pool area.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the mini pool area.

 

Additional Rules:

Please refer to the posted rules at the mini pool for further guidelines and regulations. These rules are considered part of our Glamping Policy/House Rules and must be followed at all times.

 

Safety First:

  • No Diving: The mini pool is not designed for diving. Please refrain from diving or jumping into the pool.

  • No Running: Running or horseplay around the pool area is prohibited.

  • Maximum Capacity: Please observe any posted maximum capacity limits for the mini pool.

 

Safeguarding Your Valuables

We strongly recommend that you keep all valuable items securely stored within your personal suite. Please ensure that your suite door is locked at all times when you are not present or sleeping. While we do have a security guard on duty, it's important to understand that they cannot monitor every room simultaneously.

 

Disclaimer: The management assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any guest belongings or property, regardless of the circumstances. Please take all necessary precautions to safeguard your valuables during your stay.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1 Impact of Cancellations: Due to the specialized nature of our accommodations and services, last-minute cancellations significantly disrupt our operations and ability to resell the reserved space. We, therefore, urge all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events that might necessitate cancellation.

1.2 Cancellation Notification: Cancellations must be communicated in writing, either directly to Angirasa or via the booking platform/agent utilized. The cancellation's effective date is the date on which we receive your written notice.

2. Refund Schedule

2.1 Cancellations 14+ Days Prior to Arrival: For cancellations submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, without penalty or cancellation fees.

2.2 Cancellations 7-14 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations communicated between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before the arrival date will result in a partial refund equivalent to 40% of the total booking amount. The remaining 60% will be retained but may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit towards a future reservation within one (1) year, subject to availability and prevailing rates.

2.3 Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date, including "no-shows" (failure to arrive without prior notice) and cancellations on the arrival date itself, will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Special Conditions

3.1 Early Bird & Promotional Bookings: Reservations made under special promotional offers or early bird rates may be subject to more restrictive cancellation terms, potentially including non-refundability. Specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

3.2 Amended Bookings: In the event of a booking modification, the cancellation policy will reference the original arrival date unless the amendment results in an earlier arrival, in which case the policy will apply to the revised date.

Date Changes

Should you need to modify your reservation dates, please send an email request to reservations@angirasa.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


Rate Adjustments:

  • If the online rate for your new dates is lower than your original booking, the difference can be used as credit for additional expenses during your stay at the property.

  • If the online rate for your new dates is higher, you will be responsible for paying the difference before your departure.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angirasa shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of a reservation cancellation or date change.


Guest Responsibility

By choosing to stay at our resort, all guests, including parents and guardians, agree to take full responsibility for the safety and behavior of their children. We reserve the right to ask guests who do not comply with these guidelines to leave the property.


Liability Waiver

Guest Acknowledgment: By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.


Force Majeure

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances ,including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions ("Force Majeure" events), we reserve the right to enforce this policy in its entirety unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

At Angirasa Nature Getaways, we're committed to providing an exceptional glamping experience that's clean, safe, and welcoming. The following policies and house rules have been developed based on industry standards, management practices, and operational procedures. These guidelines are an integral part of your reservation agreement and are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Please review them carefully to understand your responsibilities and our expectations during your stay.

 

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Glamping Suites

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (in-person)

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in and register for a room.

  • Identification: A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

Early Arrivals

  • If you arrive before the standard check-in time, our Reception team will be happy to assist you with storing your luggage until your room is ready.

  • We recommend booking the night before your intended arrival if you anticipate an early arrival.

Late Check-Outs: Late check-outs are subject to availability and occupancy levels. Please contact our Front Desk at least 24 hours before your departure to inquire about the possibility of a late check-out. Charges as applicable:

  • A half-day room charge may apply for late check-outs between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

  • A full-day room charge may apply for late check-outs after 6:00 PM.

 

Reservations & Rates Policy

  • Rates: The quoted rates are specific to your chosen stay period and may change if your arrival or departure dates are modified. All rates are in Indian Rupees and cover the number of adults specified during booking. Any services not included in your package will be charged separately.

  • Extensions: Should you wish to extend your stay, additional nights will be charged at either the Flexible Rate or any other applicable Angirasa package rate.

  • Non-Transferable & Name Changes: Reservations cannot be transferred to another person, and name changes on reservations are not permitted.

  • Group Bookings: For reservations involving 5 or more rooms, please contact us directly at reservations@angirasa.com.

Online Reservations Policy

When making online reservations, you are solely responsible for understanding and accepting the terms and conditions associated with booking through our website. These terms are an integral part of your agreement with Angirasa. Any violation of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your reservation and potential charges to your account. You are fully liable for all costs, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments resulting from your use of this website, including those incurred by others acting on your behalf, regardless of your consent.

Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made either online or by contacting our resort directly. We accept all major credit cards, and a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Taxes and Gratuities

All rates are subject to an 12% or 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Gratuities for housekeeping and breakfast services are at the guest's discretion.

Rate Changes

Various rate categories are available through our online booking engine, and these rates, along with any applicable offers, are subject to change at Angirasa's discretion. Due to frequent rate adjustments, multiple rates may exist for a specific date. Once a confirmation voucher is generated and the booking falls within the non-refundable cancellation period, the original rate cannot be modified.

  • Prostitution Policy: Angirasa Nature Getaways has a zero-tolerance policy regarding prostitution and any form of sexual exploitation. Engaging in, soliciting, or facilitating prostitution on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund and potential legal action.

  • Damage and/or Theft of Property Policy: Guests and their visitors are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room(s), resort premises, or property, regardless of whether the damage was intentional, negligent, or accidental. Angirasa reserves the right to retain your credit/debit card information and charge the card for any costs incurred due to such damage. Even if damage is discovered after your departure, we are authorized to charge your card for any repair or replacement costs, cleaning fees, guest compensation, or other related expenses. We will attempt to address any damage internally before involving external specialists to minimize costs. However, rooms left in a state of disarray or excessive mess will incur additional deep cleaning, administration, and/or third-party fees. By staying at Angirasa, you agree to these terms and accept financial responsibility for any damage caused by you or your party.

  • Damage to Room Policy: Any damage caused to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, including the removal of items such as electronic equipment, towels, or artwork, will result in a charge of 120% of the total replacement value, plus applicable shipping and handling fees. The registered guest is responsible for any damage to the property, whether accidental or intentional. All costs associated with repairs or replacements will be charged to the registered guest's credit card. In cases of severe or deliberate damage, criminal charges may be pursued.

  • Damage to Mattresses and Bedding Policy: Damage to mattresses and linen, including towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets, caused by body oils, makeup, shoe polish, or similar substances will result in charges for specialized cleaning, repair, or replacement of the

  • affected items.

  • Damage or Tampering with Fire Safety Equipment: Angirasa strictly prohibits any tampering or interference with fire detection systems and firefighting equipment through out the property. This includes detector heads, break glass points, and fire extinguishers. Any guest or visitor found responsible for such actions will be held liable for all costs incurred by the management due to their actions and will be evicted from the property. In severe cases, law enforcement may be involved. If evidence of tampering is discovered after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge their credit or debit card for any resulting damages, including property damage, missing or damaged items, cleaning fees, guest compensation, and other related expenses.

  • We prioritize the safety and security of all guests and staff. Tampering with fire safety equipment is a serious offense and will not be tolerated.

  • Changes or Modifications to the Resort Policy/House Rules: Angirasa Nature Getaways retains the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary, or add to these Resort Policies/House Rules, as well as the arrangements and content featured on our website, at any time and

  • without prior notice.

Guests are advised to check our website regularly for any updates to the Resort Policy/House Rules. Any modifications made to these policies before your departure will be considered incorporated into your reservation agreement with us.

Exclusion of Liability

Angirasa strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our resort and services. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely free from errors or omissions. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any inaccuracies brought to our attention.

  • Opinions and Recommendations: Any opinions or recommendations expressed on our website or in other communications are our own and are subjective in nature. While we strive for accuracy, these opinions should be considered as general guidance only. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on these opinions or recommendations.

  • Information Accuracy: We make every effort to portray our resort and services accurately and provide the most current information available. However, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or differences that may arise between the content on our website (including text and images) and any third-party websites.

  • Reliance on Information: Any commentary or other materials posted on our website are not intended as advice on which reliance should be placed. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our website or anyone who may be informed of its contents.

In summary:

  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or our services shall be exclusive y subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of India.


Complaints Procedure:

We value your feedback and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction during your stay at Angirasa. Should you have any concerns or complaints regarding the standard of service or accommodation arrangements, we encourage you to address them with the appropriate authority at the Angirasa property where you are staying. We are committed to resolving any reasonable complaints amicably and in a timely manner.

Formal Complaint Process:

If, despite your best efforts, your complaint remains unresolved at the local level, please follow these steps to submit a formal complaint:

  1. Written Communication: Within 28 days of your departure from Angirasa, send a formal complaint letter to support@angirasa.in. Include all relevant details about your stay, the nature of your complaint, and any previous attempts to resolve the issue locally.

  2. Investigation and Response: Upon receiving your formal complaint, we will initiate a thorough investigation into the matter. We will endeavor to respond to your complaint within a reasonable timeframe, providing you with a detailed explanation and, where appropriate, offering a suitable resolution.

Important Note:

It is essential that you first attempt to resolve any concerns directly with the Angirasa staff during your stay. Failure to do so may limit our ability to investigate and rectify the issue effectively.

Working Farm Policy

At our farm resort, we are deeply committed to sustainable practices and maintaining harmony with nature. To create a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, while protecting our farm’s ecosystem, we have established the following guidelines:


Respect for the Environment and Safety

  • No Off-Road Vehicles: To minimize environmental impact, reduce noise pollution, and comply with insurance regulations, the use of off-road vehicles (including 4WDs, motorcycles, motorized toys, and electric scooters) is strictly prohibited on the farm.

  • Drive with Caution: Please adhere to the 10 km/h speed limit and drive cautiously within the farm premises. Be mindful of children and animals who may be sharing the roads and pathways.

  • Protect Wildlife: All animals, both wild and domesticated, deserve our respect. Please do not disturb, chase, or harm any animals on the farm.

  • Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the farm. Climbing on any structures, including machinery, sheds, trees, water tanks, railings, or any other objects, is strictly prohibited.

  • Waste Management: Dispose of all rubbish in designated bins. Campsites must be kept clean and free of trash. Please do not burn any garbage in the campfire pits, except for paper and cardboard.


Sustainable Practices

  • Recycling: We encourage all guests to participate in our recycling efforts. Please use the provided bins for glass and plastic bottles.

  • Composting: You are welcome to contribute your food scraps to our compost pile or feed them to the chickens.

  • No Feeding Other Animals: Please do not feed any other animals on the farm, including dogs, as this can disrupt their diet and natural behaviors.

Wildlife Awareness

  • Potential Encounters: Due to our proximity to a large water body, nearby state park, and countryside environment, encounters with poisonous or dangerous animals, such as snakes or wild animals, can occur.

  • Safety Precautions: Please exercise caution and be aware of your surroundings. If you encounter any wildlife that you believe may be dangerous, do not approach or attempt to interact with it. Immediately inform our staff so we can ensure your safety and take appropriate action.

Bicycling Policy

Guests are welcome to utilize bicycles for recreation within the designated paths and trails of the farm resort. However, all riders must adhere to the following safety regulations: helmets are mandatory, off-road cycling is prohibited. Additionally, cyclists must yield to farm operations, avoid disturbing animals, and refrain from littering. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. By engaging in cycling activities, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and that the farm resort bears no liability for any injuries or damages incurred. Guests agree to comply withthese rules and understand that failure to do so may result in the restriction or revocation of cycling privileges.


Liability

While we prioritize guest safety and have taken precautions, please be aware that accidents can happen in a natural environment. The farm is home to various plants, animals, and natural features that may pose inherent risks. Guests are expected to exercise caution and follow any safety instructions provided by our staff. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from interactions with the farm environment, including but not limited to:

  • Insect bites or stings

  • Falls from trees or structures

  • Encounters with wildlife

  • Allergic reactions to plants or animals

By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience while preserving the natural balance of our working farm. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff.

Interaction with Working Farm Dog Policy

For the safety and well-being of both our guests and our working farm dog, Ranger, please observe the following:

  • No Petting or Playing: Ranger is a working dog and should not be approached, petted, or played with by guests.

  • Maintain Distance: Please maintain a safe and respectful distance from Ranger at all times. Do not attempt to feed or interact with him in any way.

  • Children: Children must be supervised closely around Ranger and instructed not to approach him.

Ranger plays a vital role in our farm operations and his focus should not be disrupted. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting his working role and ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Guests are welcome to explore the designated walking paths and trails within the farm resort premises. However, it is essential to acknowledge that walking in a working farm environment entails inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Uneven terrain and potential trip hazards

  • Encounters with farm animals and wildlife

  • Exposure to natural elements and weather conditions

  • Allergic reactions to plants, pollen, or insects

By accessing the farm resort's walking areas, guests assume all risks associated with such activities and agree to hold Angirasa Nature Getaways LLP, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while on the premises.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Stay on Designated Paths: Guests must remain on designated walking paths and trails at all times. Do not enter restricted areas, fenced-off zones, or private property.

  • Respect Farm Operations: Be mindful of ongoing farm activities and equipment. Do not approach or interfere with farm animals or machinery.

  • Supervise Children: Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Leave No Trace: Do not litter or disturb the natural environment. Pack out any trash you generate.

  • Appropriate Footwear: Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain.

  • Weather Awareness: Be prepared for changing weather conditions and dress accordingly.

  • Wildlife Encounters: Exercise caution when encountering wildlife. Do not approach or feed any animals. Report any concerns to resort staff.


Wandering at Night

  • For the safety and security of all guests, wandering around the farm resort premises after dark is strongly discouraged, except in cases of emergency. The farm environment presents unique challenges at night, including limited visibility, uneven terrain, and potential encounters with wildlife.

  • Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency requiring you to move around the farm at night, please contact resort staff immediately

  • for assistance and guidance.

  • Venturing Outside the Resor: Guests are advised against leaving the resort premises at night. The surrounding areas may be unfamiliar and potentially unsafe. The resort does not assume any responsibility or liability for any incidents or accidents that may occur outside the resort boundaries.

  • Liability Waiver: By choosing to stay at our farm resort, guests acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with nighttime activities. The resort shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by guests who choose to wander at night or venture outside the resort premises after dark, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the resort.

Farm Preservation Policy

  • To maintain the beauty and integrity of our working farm environment, we request that all guests adhere to the guidelines:

  • No Unauthorized Harvesting or Alteration

  • Plants and Produce: Please refrain from plucking flowers, fruits, or any other vegetation without prior authorization from our staff. Our farm's ecosystem is delicate, and unauthorized harvesting can disrupt its balance.

  • Trees and Structures: Climbing trees or any other structures on the farm is strictly prohibited. These actions can pose safety risks to both guests and the natural environment.

Prior Notification

Planned Activities: If you wish to engage in any activities that may impact the farm environment, such as foraging for wild plants or collecting natural materials, please inform our staff beforehand. We can provide guidance and ensure that your actions are safe and sustainable.

Respect for Nature

We encourage all guests to appreciate and enjoy the natural beauty of our farm. By refraining from unauthorized activities and respecting the delicate ecosystem, you contribute to the preservation of this unique environment for future generations.

Off-Resort Activities: Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Guests of Angirasa Nature Getaways LLP are permitted to engage in off-resort activities at their own discretion. However, by doing so, guests expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Assumption of Risk: Guests understand and accept that off-resort activities, including but not limited to trekking, visiting nearby attractions, and participating in other farm experiences, inherently involve risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or even death.

    • Guests acknowledge that these risks may arise from various factors, including but not limited to:

    • Unforeseen weather conditions

    • Challenging terrain or natural obstacles

    • Encounters with wildlife

    • Negligence or misconduct of third-party activity providers or individuals

    • Inherent dangers associated with the chosen activity

  • Release of Liability:

    • Guests hereby release, waive, and discharge Angirasa Nature Getaways LLP, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during or as a result of participating in any off-resort activity.

    • This release of liability extends to any claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

  • Indemnification:

    • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Farm Resort Name], its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of or in connection with their participation in any off-resort activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the resort.

  • Guest Responsibilities:

    • Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being during off-resort activities.

    • Guests are encouraged to inform resort staff of their planned activities and estimated return time.

    • Guests should be adequately prepared for their chosen activities, including having the necessary equipment, supplies, and knowledge of potential risks.


Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, overnight stays at a working farm may involve inherent risks and inconveniences. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being. By staying overnight, you agree to abide by this policy and acknowledge the potential challenges associated with the farm environment.

  • Breakfast: We begin serving breakfast at 8:00 am and conclude by 10:00 am.

  • Maximum Occupancy: Each guest room accommodates a maximum of four guests, comprising any combination of adults and children, with a minimum of one adult required. Children aged 12 and under can stay for free in the same room as a paying adult, sharing the existing bedding. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will necessitate either renting an additional room or vacating the property.

  • Quiet hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, Angirasa observes quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these times, we kindly request that all guests maintain a respectful noise level. If you encounter a disruptive guest, please contact the Front Desk staff immediately. Additionally, please keep the volume of personal devices, voices, and musical instruments at a considerate level at all times. When opening and closing doors, please do so quietly, and avoid congregating or running on the property.

  • NO Alcohol policy: The consumption of alcohol at Angirasa is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may be served and consumed during special events catered by a licensed caterer holding a permit to serve/sell alcohol. However, alcohol consumption at these events is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, and valid photo identification will be required. Furthermore, alcohol consumption is limited to the designated event venue.

  • NO in-room party: Angirasa strictly prohibits in-room parties, loud disturbances, and noise nuisances to ensure guest comfort and property protection. A single warning will be given to reduce noise, followed by eviction without a refund if disregarded. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors, who are only allowed until 8:00 PM. Exceeding the registered guest count after 8:00 PM constitutes a party, leading to eviction and a potential disturbance fee.

  • Access to rooms: Management reserves the right to enter any guest room for reasonable purposes, including but not limited to emergencies, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections to ensure the room and its contents are in good condition, or to address or prevent any violation of our Resort Policies/House Rules. In cases where illegal activity is suspected, management may involve law enforcement to assist in eviction. Any violation of Resort Policies/House Rules will result in the forfeiture of privacy rights, and law enforcement will be granted immediate access to the resort property and the rooms of evicted guests.

  • Request Policy:  While we strive to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. If you find your booked suite unsatisfactory, you may request an upgrade or relocation, subject to availability and additional charges. Please note that a cleaning fee will apply if you wish to change rooms after check-in.

  • Parking at own risk: Angirasa shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft pertaining to vehicles or their contents while on the premises. Vehicles remaining in the parking lot after the guest's departure without prior written authorization from management may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Furthermore, any form of vehicle repair or maintenance is strictly prohibited on Angirasa property.

  • WIFI Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi access is offered to our in-house guests, however, we do not guarantee a continuous or uninterrupted network connection. Signal strength and availability can fluctuate depending on room location, equipment status, and external interference. Angirasa assumes no liability for any guest use or connectivity issues

  • Smoke-Free & Drug-Free Environment: Angirasa maintains a strict smoke-free and drug-free environment within its dwellings. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and the use of hookahs or incense, is strictly prohibited inside the glamping tents and within a 10-foot radius, subject to a penalty of INR 30,000. A designated smoking area is available outside, away from the dwellings. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any pre-paid amounts.

  • Odor and Smoke Complaints: Guests are encouraged to report any objectionable odors, such as cigarette smoke or marijuana, to the Front Desk immediately. This policy aims to regulate smoking locations and minimize its impact on others, not to prohibit smoking altogether. However, marijuana use is strictly forbidden at all times.

  • Candles, Incense, and Essential Oils: The use of candles, incense, and essential oils (including diffusing or vaporizing) is prohibited within the dwellings. Violations will be treated as smoking, incurring a fine and potential eviction without a refund.

  • Cooking and Combustibles: To ensure safety, food preparation in guest rooms is prohibited, except for using the provided water kettle and refrigerator. Cooking appliances like coffee makers, hot plates, etc., are not allowed. A minimum fee of INR 10,000 will be charged for in-room cooking. Open flames, cooking grills (charcoal or gas),and fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Angirasa Nature Getaways, as a privately owned and operated establishment, reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group for any reason that does not contravene Central or State laws. Furthermore, Angirasa Nature Getaways LLP upholds a zero-tolerance policy. We will refuse admittance or service, or may remove any person, without refund, who fails to comply with the reasonable standards and policies established by the State of Telangana and the property owners for the operation and management of Angirasa Nature Getaways.

  • Grounds for Refusal of Service or Eviction: Angirasa Nature Getaways reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest for the following reasons: 

    • Non-payment: Refusal or failure to pay for accommodations.

    • Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct: Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance and acting in a disorderly manner that disturbs the peace of other guests or violates state liquor laws.

    • Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in disorderly conduct that disrupts the peace of other guests.

    • Unlawful Activities: Seeking to use the property for any unlawful purpose.

    • Prohibited Items: Attempting to bring onto the property any unlawfully possessed firearm, explosive, hazardous or toxic substance, or any other item that may be dangerous to others.

    • Damage or Threats: Destroying, damaging, defacing, or threatening harm to resort property or guests.

    • Overcrowding: Causing or permitting the maximum allowable room occupancy to be exceeded.

    • Non-compliance: Refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Angirasa Nature Getaways for its operations and management.

  • Daily Service:  Daily housekeeping ensures a clean and safe glamping experience for all guests. Please note that Angirasa is a 100% non-smoking property, including the use of medical marijuana. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily, with detailed records kept. We strive to provide rooms in appropriate condition, free of any prohibited odors. Our staff is trained to  identify such odors. Smoking, cooking, or bringing prohibited items into the facility will result in fines and eviction without a refund. For your comfort, we service suites only when the "Service My Room" sign is displayed. Bed linens are changed on a rotating schedule for extended stays. Used towels are replaced daily. If personal items on the bed prevent linen changes, a note will be left. Housekeeping is happy to change linens and make beds daily if all personal belongings are removed. Use of the Pool

  1. Access: The open-air swimming pool at [Farm Resort Name] is available to registered guests only during designated operating hours. Access to the pool is subject to compliance with all rules and regulations outlined herein.

  2. Hygiene: Prior to entering the pool, all guests must utilize the designated shower area to ensure proper hygiene and water quality.

  3. Pool Deck: Guests are required to remove any footwear or mud before accessing the pool deck to maintain cleanliness and safety.

  4. Privacy: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the privacy and comfort of others using the pool area. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive may result in restrictions or removal from the pool area.

  5. Photography & Recording: The use of cameras, video recording devices, or any other image-capturing equipment is strictly prohibited in the pool area, except in cases where the entire resort has been exclusively booked by a single guest or group.

  6. Pool Furniture: Pool furniture is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not reserve chairs or loungers with towels or personal belongings when not in use.

  7. Towels: Pool towels are provided. Please return them to the designated area after use.

  8. Lost and Found: The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables secure.

  9. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards other guests and resort staff.

  10. Violation of Rules: Failure to comply with these rules may result in being asked to leave the pool area or the resort premises.


Safety & Liability

  • No Lifeguard: The pool is unsupervised, and no lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their safety and the safety of any minors under their supervision.

  • Supervision of Minors: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the pool area.

  • Prohibited Activities: Diving, jumping, running, pushing, or engaging in any form of horseplay in or around the pool is strictly prohibited.

  • Intoxication: Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the pool.

  • Medical Conditions: Guests with any medical conditions that may impair their ability to swim safely should consult with a physician before using the pool.

  • Liability Waiver: Angirasa Nature Getaways LLP, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur in or around the pool area, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the resort.

Additional Rules

  • Attire: Proper swimwear is required at all times.

  • Glass Containers: Glass containers of any kind are prohibited in the pool area.

  • Pets: Animals are not allowed in the pool or pool area.

  • Pool Closure: The resort reserves the right to close the pool at any time for maintenance, safety reasons, inclement weather, or other circumstances deemed necessary.


Agreement to Terms

By utilizing the swimming pool, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in restrictions on pool access or, in severe cases, removal from the resort premises.

The resort assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur while using the pool facilities. Guests use the pool at their own risk. By using the resort swimming pool, you acknowledge that you have read , understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions
