Welcome to Angirasa, where both you and your furry friends are cherished guests!

We understand that pets are an integral part of your family and we strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment for them to enjoy their vacation alongside you. Most pups are welcome to join the fun, from tiny terriers to gentle giants But to keep everyone safe and happy, we have a few "ruff" guidelines. Some breeds known for their, ahem, energetic personalities or those needing special care might need to stay home this time. Below is a list of breeds that might

require a "paws" before booking. We want all our guests, furry and otherwise, to have a barking good time!

  • Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We offer a variety of pet-friendly rooms and cabins to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your pet. Please inquire about specific pet accommodations when making your reservation.

  • Pet Registration: All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. A registration fee may apply, and you will be required to provide proof of current vaccinations.

  • Leash Requirement: For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times when outside of your designated accommodation.

  • Clean-up Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please use the provided waste bags and dispose of them in designated receptacles.

  • Noise Control: We kindly request that you take measures to ensure your pet does not disturb other guests with excessive barking or other noise.

  • Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms or cabins. Please make arrangements for pet care if you plan to be away from your accommodation for an extended period.

  • Restricted Areas: Pets are not permitted in certain areas of the resort, including the dining areas, swimming pool and aura center. Please inquire at the front desk for a complete list of restricted areas.

  • Damage Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to resort property or the belongings of other guests.

  • Aggressive Behavior: Any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior towards other guests or pets may be asked to leave.

Housekeeping

  • Please notify housekeeping if you would like your room serviced while your pet is present. Housekeeping staff will not enter a room if a pet is loose or appears agitated.


Additional Considerations

  • Maximum Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets per accommodation is allowed.

  • Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds may be restricted. Please contact the resort directly to inquire about specific breed restrictions.

  • Pet Amenities: We offer a variety of pet amenities, including pet beds, bowls, and treats. Please inquire at the front desk about available pet amenities.

In the unfortunate event that a guest's pet injures a staff member, the following procedures will be followed:

  • Immediate Response: The injured staff member will receive immediate medical attention. Resort staff will assist in contacting emergency services if necessary.

  • Incident Report: A detailed incident report will be filed, documenting the circumstances of the injury, including the pet's behavior, any witnesses, and the extent of the staff member's injuries.

  • Pet Owner Responsibility: The pet owner will be held fully responsible for any medical expenses, lost wages, or other damages incurred by the injured staff member.

  • Pet Removal: The resort reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the pet from the premises if its behavior poses a risk to others. Alternative arrangements for the pet's care must be made by the owner.

  • Further Action: Depending on the severity of the injury and the pet's history, the resort may pursue further action, including banning the pet from future visits or involving local animal control authorities.

We understand that accidents can happen, but the safety and well-being of our staff and guests are paramount. By strictly enforcing this policy, we ensure a secure environment for everyone at the resort. Pet owners are reminded that they are fully liable for their pet's actions and must take all necessary precautions to prevent any harm to others.

In the unlikely event that a guest pet harms any of the resort's farm animals or attacks any working farm dogs,

the following actions will be taken:

  • Immediate Intervention: Resort staff will take immediate action to separate the animals and ensure the safety of all involved. If necessary, professional animal control services will be contacted to assist.

  • Veterinary Care: Any injured animals, whether farm animals or working dogs, will receive prompt veterinary care. The pet owner will be held financially responsible for all veterinary bills and related expenses.

Pet owners are reminded that they are fully responsible for their pet's actions at all times. It is essential to keep pets under control and supervised, especially around farm animals and working dogs. Failure to do so may result in serious consequences, including financial liability and the removal of the pet from the resort.

Guest Acknowledgment and Compliance

  • Assumption of Risk: By bringing a pet onto the resort premises, the guest acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with their pet's presence, including but not limited to injury to other guests, pets, or resort staff; damage to property; and transmission of disease.

  • Full Responsibility: The pet owner is solely responsible for their pet's behavior, actions, and any consequences thereof. This includes financial responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pet.

  • Strict Adherence to Policy: Guests agree to strictly adhere to all aspects of this pet policy, including leash requirements, clean-up responsibilities, and restricted areas. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal of the pet from the premises and/or termination of the guest's stay without refund.

  • Indemnification: The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Farm Resort Angirasa, its owners, employees,and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to their pet's presence on the resort premises.

We understand that accidents can happen, but the safety and well-being of our staff and guests are paramount. Pet Birthday Party Policy

Angirasa is delighted to host your pet's special day! Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we offer options for both full resort buyouts and individual reservations.

  • You are welcome to bring pet-safe decorations and party supplies. Please refrain from using any items that may be harmful if ingested or pose a choking hazard.

  • Confetti, glitter, and other small items that may be difficult to clean up are discouraged.

  • You are welcome to bring pet-safe treats and food for your celebration. Please ensure all food is stored securely to prevent any unwanted consumption.


Full Resort Buyout

  • Exclusive Use: You will have exclusive use of the entire resort for your pet's birthday party.

  • Amenities & Access: Pets will have access to all resort areas, including guest rooms, restaurants, pools, and outdoor spaces. Specific guidelines for pet access may apply to certain areas.


Individual Reservation

  • Designated Area: A designated area within the resort will be reserved for your pet's birthday party.

  • Access: Pet access to other resort areas may be restricted. Inquire about specific guidelines at the time of booking.

Resort Liability Limitations

  • No Liability for Pet-Related Incidents: Farm Resort Angirasa shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by a guest's pet, regardless of whether the resort was aware of the pet's presence or potential for harm.

  • No Guarantee of Pet Safety: While the resort takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment, it cannot guarantee the safety of any pet on the premises. Pet owners are responsible for their pet's well-being and should take appropriate measures to ensure their pet's safety.

  • No Liability for Pet Loss or Escape: Farm Resort Angirasa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or escaped pets. Pet owners are advised to keep their pets under constant supervision and ensure they are properly secured at all times. The resort assumes no liability for any injuries or illnesses that may occur to guest pets during their stay, including during pet birthday parties or any other events. Pet owners are solely responsible for the health and safety of their

  • animals and should take all necessary precautions to prevent accidents or injuries. This includes supervising pets at all times, ensuring they are up-to-date on vaccinations and preventive care, and seeking veterinary attention if needed. The resort will not be held responsible for any veterinary costs, damages, or losses incurred due to a pet's injury or illness.


Additional Legal Considerations

  •  Right to Refuse Service: The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any pet or pet owner at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or non-compliance with this pet policy.

  • Modifications to Policy: Farm Resort Angirasa reserves the right to modify or amend this pet policy at any time without prior notice. Guests are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

  • Governing Law: This pet policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.

  • By bringing a pet to Farm Resort Angirasa, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this pet policy. This includes the assumption of all risks associated with their pet's presence and the release of Farm Resort Angirasa from any liability for pet-related incidents.
